In the first feature, greedy financier (Milton Kibbee)and his thugs have their eyes set on oil. Red Ryder and his faithful sidekick (Blake) come to the aid of lady rancher (Stewart), whose oil-rich land is the object of the evil man's insatiable greed. In the Second, horses reserved for the US Cavalry keep disappearing so Red Ryder and Little Beaver go tracking for them.
