1941 - Tom is a "ham and egg" boxer who couldn't knock out a girl scout in a wheelchair. Suddenly, though, his opponents are dropping like flies. His shifty manager promotes him as having an "evil eye." Tom soon becomes the talk of the sporting world. What he doesn't know though, is that all his fights have been framed to make him look good and to help perpetuate his "sinister power." Gal-pal Carol tries to clue him in and get him to break off from his phony-baloney bosses. A very likable B film. From 16mm.
