Helping her are crusty Uncle Joe (Edgar Buchanan) three of the loveliest country girls ever born - Billy Jo, Bobby Jo and Betty Jo. The comedy usually rotates around the hotel, the guests, the girls and the Cannonball Express (the local train that terminates and the Shady Rest).
