Bing Crosby sings, This Is the Life, and teams with Red Buttons and Nanette Fabray to present the comedy routine Joe the Bartender. Fabray supplies more fun in a humorous singing and dancing act, together with Red Buttons' comedy monolog. Louis Armstrong sings Cheesecake and The Black Theater of Prague contributes a unique act.
