DEFECTIVE ITEMS:LIFE IS A MOVIE will replace all defective items. Customer must provide to LIFE IS A MOVIE, in writing (e-mail, fax or letter), the nature of any defect. LIFE IS A MOVIE may request the item be returned to assess the defect and assist us to improve our product line. If the defect is discovered to be artificial, no replacement or refund will be offered. LIFE IS A MOVIE will pay the shipping charges both for the return and replacement of defective items, but will not pay shipping charges or give refunds for artificially constructed defects.
NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS:LIFE IS A MOVIE will consider all requests for returns on non-defective items on a case-by-case basis. All returns for non-defective items must be in the original, shrink-wrapped packaging, unopened with no broken seals.CHANGED YOUR MIND?:LIFE IS A MOVIE will accept returns and issue refunds or credits for any reason, providing the item has not been opened and all seals, packaging and shrink-wrap are in tact. The customer is responsible for postage for non-defective returns.BUYERS REMORSE:LIFE IS A MOVIE will allow returns for "buyer's remorse" providing the item has not been opened and all seals, packaging and shrink-wrap are in tact. The customer is responsible for postage for "buyer's remorse" returns.

SOUND QUALITY: Please be aware
we are providing the best copy of films and TV shows which we have been able to
locate. Keep in mind, some of the source materials are over 100 years old ... a
scratch here and a wiggle there still represents what is the best available copy
we can find. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the picture or sound,
we will do our best to upgrade the content to your satisfaction. If we are
unable to do so, and consider the quality to be below standard, we will issue a
refund or credit at your election.
